Martini goes Mercedes

Racing cars in the classic white/silver-blue-red design of the Martini brand are
since the 70s on the race tracks of the world and the Carrera tracks in the good
Rooms. Whether in Formula 1, rallying, the various GT classes, Le
Mans or even in motorcycle races, Martini as a sponsor has been out of the racing scene since
It has been indispensable for decades.
I am all the more pleased that there is again a 1:24 model from a current series in the
Martini look made it to the racetrack.

Optics:
The white Mercedes in the Martini look is of course very easily recognizable on the track and
looks really good … the white paint with the colorful decals underlines the
The Mercedes's beefy and aggressive shape... the model is perfectly executed. I personally like it
especially the rims and the brakes.
Some molded or suggested details in the vehicle interior round off the overall impression.

Technology:
Basically, all familiar components. The headlights are white, bright enough, and suitable for night racing. The taillights are bright, and the brake lights are clearly visible. The tires have grip, but, true to the scale model, they're quite thin, so dragging is only possible with caution.

Processing:
The paint and clear coat are cleanly applied. All other
Components such as decals and technical parts are flawless and cleanly assembled.
Wheels and axles turn easily and run smoothly, no problems.

Driving behavior:
The vehicle is already a heavy weight and must be driven accordingly
I find the driving behavior with and without magnet to be quite balanced and
pleasant.
