AMG GT3 is the successor to the equally popular and successful SLS GT3. Although it lacks gull-wing doors, it’s still visually striking. Carrera This model is available in two designs: the 30767 has a rather simple look, in dark gray with a yellow stripe. The 30768, based on the version from the 24-hour race in Dubai, features a much more colorful design and is therefore my personal favorite. Once again, the rims—with their subtly rendered brake calipers—are exquisitely detailed, as is the driver’s helmet.
Technically, everything remains the same as usual; the E200 motor transmits power to the rear wheels via an in-line configuration. The magnetic traction can be adjusted to suit your preference, ranging from “very strong” to “medium” to “none at all.” The lighting is equipped with SMD LEDs all around, though some stray light escapes from the side of the front wheel wells.
Weighing 108 grams, the car isn’t a lightweight, but it handles very solidly and neutrally on the track. Equipped only with the center magnet, it moves very quickly and without any disruptive magnetic adhesion. I may have gotten a model with a particularly good motor, as its handling and lap times are better than those of recently released GT3 cars with comparable designs (Audi R8 LMS and Lamborghini Huracán).
