No. 5 is alive or we had to wait a long time for you
Test report by CoMod long for the Carrera DIGITAL 124 Aston Martin DBR9 Team Modena No. 59 (23785)

The female PM was asked the same question again at the Gaisbergrennen 2012:
Why are there no other Aston Martin DBR9 variants?
Unfortunately, the answer was sobering: there was a change of ownership and it was not yet possible to say how this would affect the existing license. However, they promised to really look into this issue. At this point, THANK YOU!

One should, he said, make suggestions for decor; they certainly couldn't hurt. This was promptly done, and of course, the Mondena was one of the clear favorites among the suggestions in terms of decor and color(s).

There's nothing really new to report about the No. 59, which also competed in the 1000 km race at Silverstone in 2008. But the Modena variant is such a beautiful car, with so many details in the paintwork—the color printing in gloss and matte, the painted rims, and the printed brake calipers—that it just elicits a wow! For me personally, the DBR9 is and remains one of the most beautiful GT supercars.

We are already used to the revised technology from the 23747 Aston Martin Racing Green, but it is also worth mentioning the new tire compound, which once again significantly improves the driving characteristics.

Personally, I just hope that there will be more color variants of the DBR9.
