Right of withdrawal

Changed your mind? That’s too bad, but it’s your right…

If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can  return it within 14 days  of receiving the merchandise without giving a reason.

Here’s how to exercise your right of withdrawal:

1. Notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, by contacting, us by phone (0662-88921-333 for callers from Austria or 0911-7099-333 for callers from Germany) or in writing (by email:shop@carrera-revell.com or fax: +43/662/88921-9333).
You are also welcome to use the sample withdrawal

for this purpose.
   

2.   Please keep the  proof of delivery  .
ATTENTION:: Customers in   : Germany—  : Please be sure to send your   return using the return labelregistration system .

3. As soon as we receive your package, we will notify you via email about the statusof your return. If you still have questions, please feel free to contact us (shop@carrera-revell. com).
