First of all, every vehicle should have its own driver display, otherwise
the functions cannot be used sensibly.
Five green double LEDs and two red double LEDs not only provide a show effect, but also allow the refueling stop to be planned in good time and executed with precision. If you also count early, you may only need one splash-and-go to win. Get in, briefly press the soft button, 1-2 green segments and if you make it to the finish line, you've done everything right!
The driver display can show up to 10 pit stops and can certainly be incorporated into the race regulations. To do this, you have to try out how many laps you can drive without refueling, convert to the race distance and specify 1-2 more refueling stops! And then you have to look and think, not just be fast.

The driver display has the following displays:
the number of fuel stops made (up to 10)
the fuel level (in 7 segments)
the position of the vehicle in the race
However, there is hardly any need for operating elements; only a small pushbutton allows the address of the corresponding vehicle to be set on each driver display. This assignment is retained even if the control unit is switched off.
Important: If you do not set the tank capacity of the vehicles to the maximum amount via the Control Unit, all segments always light up on the Driver Display at the start of the race. But consumption is higher! In other words: the display then approaches the "reserve" correspondingly faster.
If the fuel tank function is not used, the fuel gauge acts as a kind of "rev counter", d.h . it shows the current position of the hand controller.
However, a separate display is required for each vehicle. The integration of the display into the side strip is visually very attractive.
It is also not absolutely necessary to install the driver displays in the area of the control unit. The displays are sufficiently large and bright so that they can also be installed on the back straight.
