Model:
This vehicle is a new model that, unusually, is being released in no fewer than four design variants in its very first year. The striking yellow-green design of the sponsor, Schaeffler, really stands out and likely posed quite a few challenges for the printing and painting processes. For what looks at first glance like washed-out colored stripes turns out, upon closer inspection, to be ultra-fine printed lettering in various shades of color. All in all, a very attractive car that’s sure to be on every DTM fan’s wish list.
Test Drive:
The handling of the new DTM models from Audi and Mercedes is virtually identical. They feel very stable and smooth on the track, and even without the rear magnet, they handle the course very well without any further modifications.
