Here’s how to find the right replacement part for your Carrera product:
1. Select your desired category (car racetrack or remote-controlled RC products) in the online shop
. 2. On the left-hand side, you’ll find corresponding filter options for spare parts and accessories.

Alternatively, you can use the search bar in the online shop to search for your main product. All compatible spare parts and accessories are listed on the product detail page.

Select the desired design and amount for the gift certificate, enter your message, and place your order. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email containing the gift certificate as a PDF. You can print it out right away. Click here to view the gift certificates.

The amount will then be immediately deducted from the purchase total. Please send in all RC products in their entirety. For slot car tracks, please send only the defective parts or technically relevant parts (transformer, handheld controller, starting track, cars, switches).

Due to unforeseeable delivery issues, particularly during peak periods around Christmas or Easter, the actual delivery time may unfortunately differ from the estimated delivery time. We appreciate your understanding!

The terms and conditions of coupons and promotional offers, such as z.B. their validity period, are always explained in detail in the corresponding newsletter.
