Do you need track connecting clips, track locks, edge strips or simply new tracks?How to find the right spare part for your Carrera product:1. How can I buy and redeem gift vouchers?

Select the desired design and amount for the gift vouchers, enter the message text and order the gift voucher. As soon as the order is successful, you will receive an e-mail containing the gift voucher as a PDF. You can then print it out immediately. This will take you to the gift vouchers.A code has been printed on the voucher. When redeeming the voucher, enter the voucher code in the first step of the shopping cart so that the voucher can be redeemed when ordering. The amount is then immediately deducted from the purchase amount. If your voucher value exceeds the order value, you can redeem the difference at any time later using the identical voucher code.

Which parts should be sent in for repair?

Please send in all RC products complete. In the case of car racing tracks, please only send in the defective parts or technically relevant parts (transformer, hand controller, starting rail, cars, points)
