If your desired item is not available in the store, the next delivery date is usually entered there. If the item is no longer listed in the online store, please contact us.

You can find a large selection of spare parts and accessories in our online store. Do you need rail connection clips, lane locks, edge strips or simply new rails?
How to find the right spare part for your
1. Select your desired category (car racing track or remote-controlled RC products) in the online shop
2. On the left-hand side you will then find corresponding filter options for the spare parts or accessory items.
Alternatively, you can also search for your main item in the online store using the search bar. All suitable spare parts and accessories are listed on the item details page.

Select the desired design and amount for the gift vouchers, enter the message text and order the gift voucher. As soon as the order is successful, you will receive an e-mail containing the gift voucher as a PDF. You can then print it out immediately. This will take you to the gift vouchers.
A code has been printed on the voucher. When redeeming the voucher, enter the voucher code in the first step of the shopping cart so that the voucher can be redeemed when ordering. The amount is then immediately deducted from the purchase amount. If your voucher value exceeds the order value, you can redeem the difference at any time later using the identical voucher code.

Please send in all RC products complete. In the case of car racing tracks, please only send in the defective parts or technically relevant parts (transformer, hand controller, starting rail, cars, points)
Due to unforeseeable delivery difficulties, especially at peak times around Christmas or Easter, the actual delivery time may unfortunately differ from the specified delivery time, we ask for your understanding
The conditions of vouchers and discount campaigns, such as z.B. Validity period, are always explained in more detail in the corresponding newsletter. All details (duration, type of promotion, general conditions) for the relevant promotion are explained in detail in the newsletter for the relevant promotion. Please note that our newsletter promotions cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed. We therefore recommend that you check our newsletter regularly so as not to miss any of our promotions.
