Carrera Revell: Restructuring of the sales structure
Carrera and Revell are working even more closely together
Salzburg/Bünde, 18.01.2022 – For 2 years now, the companies Carrera Toys GmbH and Revell GmbH have formed a joint group of companies and work together in many areas. After the Group has been operating on the international market with a joint sales structure since 2020, the entire sales organization will be restructured by January 1, 2022.
In order to optimally serve markets and customers, the joint Carrera Revell sales organization will act as a divisional organizational form with the following four business units
- • Business Unit E-Commerce EMEA, Headed by Michael Noss
- • Business Unit Distributor Sales International, Headed by Bernd Häusler
- • Business Unit Sales Germany / Austria, Head Frank Kullmann
- • Business Unit Export Sales Europe, Headed by Marko Rachner
In addition to the definition of sales channels, the new orientation entails a territorial reform of today's field service areas, and in addition, new responsibilities are defined in parts in Key Account Management.
"The group of companies, which was newly formed in 2020, was able to combine its strengths in many areas and at the same time adapt to the ongoing changes in the market," says Managing Director Stefan Krings. "The new Carrera Revell sales organisation will become one of the largest European sales organisations for the toy industry and represent some of its strongest brands. We look forward to growing our joint business together with our customers." Despite the restructuring, Carrera and Revell remain two legally separate companies.
