In the case of this vehicle, however, we’re making an exception. The reason: the truck with item number 30822 is a brand-new mold, fresh on the market, and thus the first vehicle of its kind that
We’re talking about the tanker truck in 1:32 scale. I already reviewed the tow truck recently. The cab is the same as on the tow truck; the vehicle’s appearance—in its red color scheme and the styling of the body and superstructure—matches that of the tow truck. The tank body slopes downward at the rear, giving the oil tanker a streamlined appearance—Raymond Loewy would have been proud of Slottus. ? A nice little detail on the decals is the pin-up girl on the rear of the body.
In terms of features, it doesn’t quite have as much to offer as the Wrecker: there’s no light bar, but a sound module is also built into this vehicle (which, by the way, makes different sounds than the tow truck). The car weighs 150 grams, which is 2 grams less than its older brother. So in a direct comparison, it should be able to hold its own.
These two new models aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, at least judging by the opinions and discussions in the club or on Freeslotter. For those who like the car, I can definitely recommend the Tanker. The cars are a great addition to the track.
