Right of Withdrawal
Have you changed your mind? That’s too bad, but it’s your right…
If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the merchandise without giving a reason.
Here’s how to exercise your right of withdrawal:
1. Notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the item, by shop@carrera-revell.cominforming us in writing (via email shop@carrera-revell.com)of your decision to withdraw.
You’re also welcome to use the sample cancellation form for this purpose .
2. Please keep the proof of delivery .

3. As soon as your package arrives at our facility, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your return. If you still have any questions, feel free to contact us (shop@carrera -revellcom .).
