In our online store, you’ll find a wide selection of replacement parts and accessories. Do you need track connectors, track locks, edge strips, or just new tracks?

Here’s how to find the right replacement part for your Carrera product:
1. Select your desired category (car racetrack or remote-controlled RC products) in the online shop
. 2. On the left-hand side, you’ll find corresponding filter options for spare parts and accessories.

Alternatively, you can use the search bar in the online shop to search for your main product. All compatible spare parts and accessories are listed on the product detail page.

Select the desired design and amount for the gift certificate, enter your message, and place your order. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email containing the gift certificate as a PDF. You can print it out right away. Click here to view the gift certificates.
. A code is printed on the gift certificate. When redeeming the gift certificate, enter the code in the first step of the shopping cart so that the gift certificate can be applied to your order. The amount will then be immediately deducted from the purchase total. If the value of your gift certificate exceeds the order total, you can redeem the remaining balance at any time later using the same code.

Please send in all RC products in their entirety. For slot car tracks, please send only the defective parts or technically relevant parts (transformer, hand controller, starting track, cars, switches).

Due to unforeseeable delivery issues, particularly during peak periods around Christmas or Easter, the actual delivery time may unfortunately differ from the estimated delivery time. We appreciate your understanding!
