Here’s how to find the right replacement part for your Carrera product:
1. Select your desired category (car racetrack or remote-controlled RC products) in the online store
. 2. On the left-hand side, you’ll find filter options for spare parts and accessories.

Alternatively, you can search for your main product using the search bar in the online store. All compatible spare parts and accessories are listed on the product detail page.

In the Carrera Dealer Locator, you'll also find the Carrera Distributor Locator.
Please select a country and click the "View Now" button. This will take you to the results you're looking for!

Select the desired design and amount for the gift certificate, enter your message, and order the gift certificate. Once the order is complete, you’ll receive an email containing the gift certificate as a PDF. You can then print it out immediately. Click here to view the gift certificates.
. A code is printed on the gift certificate. When redeeming the gift certificate, enter the code in the first step of the shopping cart so that the gift certificate can be applied to your order. The amount will then be immediately deducted from the total purchase price. Please send in all RC products in their entirety. For slot car tracks, please send only the defective parts or technically relevant parts (transformer, hand controller, starting track, cars, switches).

Due to unforeseeable delivery issues, particularly during peak periods around Christmas or Easter, the actual delivery time may unfortunately differ from the estimated delivery time. We appreciate your understanding!
