1. organizer
The organizer of the competition is

5412 Puch/Salzburg
Austria
(hereinafter referred to as "organizer").
The competition is not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram or other social media platforms and is neither sponsored, supported nor organized by them.
2. Participation period
The
01.12.2025, 00:00, to 24.12.2025, 23:59 (CET)
. A new door will be opened every day and a new daily prize will be drawn.
3. Conditions of participation
- Natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Austria or Germany are eligible to participate.
- Employees of the organizer as well as their relatives and service providers involved in the implementation are excluded from participation.
- Participation is free of charge and not linked to the purchase of goods or services.
4. Participation procedure
Every day a door is activated on the Advent calendar website.
To take part in the respective daily competition, participants must:
- open the door,
- enter their email address,
- accept the conditions of participation and privacy policy,
- answer the competition question,
- and submit the form.
Each entry is only valid for the respective day. There is no automatic transfer to other days.
5. Prizes
One or more prizes will be raffled off on each calendar day.
The specific prizes are shown in the respective door.

- Day 7: Prize draw for 1 of 5
- Day 11: raffle of 1 of 2
- Day 15: raffle of 1 of 2
- Day 17: raffle of 1 of 2
- Day 18: Prize draw for 1 of 5
- Day 19: Prize draw for 1 of 2
- Day 21: Prize draw for 1 of 2
- Day 23: Prize draw for 1 of 20
- Day 24: Prize draw for 1 of 3
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and will not be paid out in cash.
6. Determination and notification of winners
- The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries on the respective calendar day in January 2026.
- The winner will be notified by e-mail to the address provided.
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the claim expires and a replacement winner will be drawn.
7. Shipping of the prizes
- The prizes will only be shipped to addresses in Germany and Austria.
- The organizer will bear the shipping costs.
- No liability is assumed for transport delays or damage caused during shipping (risk is borne by the transport service provider).
8. Data protection
Personal data will be processed for participation in the Advent calendar.

Data will only be used to carry out the competition and will be deleted after its conclusion, provided there are no legal obligations to retain it.
Legal basis: GDPR, DSG, TKG 2021 (consent for electronic communication).
9. Exclusion of participants
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants if:
- they violate the conditions of participation,
- attempt to manipulate the competition,
- or in the event of suspected abuse.
10. Liability
The organizer is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.
No liability is accepted for technical faults, failures or the availability of the website.
11. Changes/termination of the competition
The organizer reserves the right to change or terminate the competition prematurely if this is necessary for technical, legal or organizational reasons.
12. legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
13. applicable law
Austrian law shall apply, excluding the conflict of laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The competent court in Salzburg shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or in connection with the competition - to the extent permitted by law.
