The Porsche 911 in a historic design
At the 2018 24 Hours of Le Mans, Porsche thrilled fans with two very special cars to mark the anniversary: The two 911 RSRs took to the track in traditional Le Mans livery from the 1970s and 1980s. The Porsche with start number 91 was clad in the iconic blue-and-white racing livery, reminiscent of the sponsor at the time, Rothmanns. To make the Porsche anniversary perfect, the No. 91 Porsche crossed the finish line in second place behind its sister car in the “Pink Pig” design.
