Like every GTY released to date, the new bronze-colored Mustang in 1:132 scale has no real-life counterpart, since the vehicle does not exist in real life. This wide-bodied racing Ford is a creation of our chief designer, based on the idea: This is what it might have looked like if Ford had developed a race car based on the Mustang.
Nevertheless, the car looks great and handles superbly on the track. Thanks to its wide track, rear axle, and low center of gravity, the car is a worthy opponent for the DTM lineup and thus greatly enriches the starting field.
The design fits the vehicle type. The main sponsor, SASQUENCH? It doesn’t exist—it’s a made-up name, as has become customary with such vehicles from Slottus. He absolutely loves hiding puns or wordplay in the license plates. Sometimes the whole car has to take the hit, just like this FORD: What does SASQUENCH mean? I’ll stick with the definition in Urban Dictionary: A hairy creature that looks like a woman who won’t take “no” for an answer. Typical Slottus humor. ???? In contrast, the other sponsor, UNCANNY, could almost be called “normal.” Although it translates to “eerie” or “baffling,” but since I’ve known Slottus for a long time, I wouldn’t be surprised if he meant the Freudian principle of “attracting and repelling at the same time.” Günther’s sense of humor regarding “his” vehicles, which tend to be polarizing. WRENCHER Workware? That leaves even more room for speculation. And by that I don’t mean the open-end wrench… Let’
s leave it at that and enjoy a beautiful sports car that, thanks to its great color, is a real asset to the lineup—not to mention its driving performance.

Lotus P.S.:
As mentioned above, interpreting Leifer’s inscriptions is never easy: That’s why I’m attaching Günther’s response to the report (which, once again, leaves room for further speculation…):
Thx!
You have to explain everything here... ????
"Sasquench" = from "Sasquatch" (Native American term for Bigfoot) and "quench" (to quench one’s thirst).
I wasn’t familiar with the explanation about the hairy old woman; I was thinking more along the lines of:

Funny, that’s right after the printing instructions were finalized...)
There are even more Sasquatch puns:

And “Uncanny”—“astonishing” is certainly accurate, but it’s also meant in reference to the product: “Your fresh food source”—meaning not canned = un - can - ny.
“Wrencher” is normal, right? (Oh... oh, it isn’t... :/ but there’s a lot out there with risqué meanings—Rule 34 applies in general... I’ll just say “Asia”
Best regards,
Günther Leifer
