Carrera Digital 124 Porsche 911 RSR (991) "Project 1"

The Lower Saxony-based racing team initially entered cars in the Carrera Cup Deutschland and the Porsche Supercup. The team’s motto: “be cool. be fast. be first.” (displayed on the car model below the windows, true to the original) is brought to life through various victories and top finishes.

In the 2018/2019 season, Team Project 1 fielded two Porsche 911 RSRs for the FIA WEC Super Season (featuring two 24 Hours of Le Mans races). Carrera Team Project 1 also continued to compete in the Cup and the Super Cup.
Car No. 56 features “1993–2018” lettering on the roof and “#Project25” on the side skirts, both of which mark the team’s 25th anniversary. The black-and-yellow car has no main sponsor and really stands out visually with its partially matte paint job. (even for non-BVB fans ;-) The paint job and decals are applied flawlessly. This is particularly well done at the transitions from the hood to the air vents.
The handling characteristics of the 911 RSR models have already been discussed; in conclusion, it’s worth noting the smooth movement of the axles and the tuning, which isn’t too aggressive.
