How can I buy and redeem gift cards?

Select the desired design and amount for the gift certificate, enter your message, and order the gift certificate. Once the order is complete, you’ll receive an email containing the gift certificate as a PDF. You can then print it out immediately. Click here to view the gift certificates.. A code is printed on the gift certificate. When redeeming the gift certificate, enter the code in the first step of the shopping cart so that the gift certificate can be applied to your order. The amount will then be deducted from the purchase total immediately. If the value of your gift certificate exceeds the order total, you can redeem the remaining balance at any time later using the same gift certificate code.

Which parts should be sent in for repair?

Please send in all RC products in their entirety. For slot car tracks, please send only the defective parts or technically relevant parts (transformer, handheld controller, starting track, cars, switches).

Why is it taking longer than the estimated delivery time to ship the product I ordered?

Due to unforeseeable delivery issues, particularly during peak periods around Christmas or Easter, the actual delivery time may unfortunately differ from the estimated delivery time. We appreciate your understanding!
