Have you made a different decision? Too bad, but that's your right...
 

If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
 

Here's how to exercise your right of withdrawal:

 

1. Notify us of your revocation within 14 days of receipt of the goods by informing us of your revocation by telephone (0662-88921-333 for callers from AT or 0911-7099-333 for callers from DE) or in writing (by e-mail: shop@carrera-toys.com or fax: +43/662/88921-9333).

Please keep the proof of delivery.
ATTENTION: Customers from Germany: Please be sure to send via the return label registration .

 

As soon as your package arrives, we will inform you via email about the status of your return. If you still have any questions, please feel free to contact us (shop@carrera-toys.com).
