Right of withdrawal

Have you changed your mind? That’s too bad, but it’s your right…

If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can  return it within 14 days  of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

Here’s how to exercise your right of withdrawal:

1. Notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, by contacting, us by phone (0662-88921-333 for callers from Austria or 0911-7099-333 for callers from Germany) or in writing (by email:shop@carrera-revell.com or fax: +43/662/88921-9333).
You are also welcome to use the sample withdrawal
   form.

2.    Please keep the proof of delivery .
ATTENTION:: Customers  : in Germany—  : Please be sure to send   your return using the  GLS return label  .

3. As soon as we receive your package, we will notify you via email about the statusof your return. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us (shop@carrera-revell. com).
