When you see a race car painted silver or aluminum, you immediately think of an aluminum body. However, the ninth Cheetah produced by Thomas features a fiberglass body. (See also the review of the red Cheetah.)

The Cheetah went to Jack Go Odman of Dixon Cadillac. Originally intended for use as a street car, it was also occasionally used at Cadillac club events. The car was equipped with a standard Corvette engine that produced 375 PS.

Later, GoOdman began Goracing the Cheetah Go, first with a modified engine and later with a Chevrolet 396 engine. True to the original Carrera, this version features a different front hood and a rear section with four taillights. Even the dummy engine is custom-made. The spare tire is now also located in the passenger compartment behind the driver.
