FORCE Tribute
I quote from the Lamborghini website:
âWith the HuracĂĄn Avio, youâre not just an ordinary driver. Youâre a race car driver.â So make sure youâre buckled in tight! Now press the start button and experience what it means to float in seventh heaven while remaining firmly grounded. Inspired by the glorious history of aviation, the HuracĂĄnâs incredible power is now on full display in a completely new design. Aggressive yet elegant, the HuracĂĄn Avio pays homage to the courage of the Air Force and offers you entirely new sensations of freedom and adrenaline. Is everyone on board ready for takeoff?
The latest speedster from the race car manufacturer in SantâAgata Bolognese was unveiled in Geneva in March 2016. The car pays homage to the aviation industry, from which Lamborghini has drawn a great deal of inspiration for its designs.
The vehicle will be produced in a limited series of 250 units and is available in just 5 special colors: âGrigio Falco,â âBlu Grifo,â âGrigio Nibbio,â âGrigio Vulcano,â and âVerde Turbineâânames taken from the class crests of the Italian Air Force Academy. The color variant released by CARRERA is called âGrigio Falcoâ; the racing stripes and other accents are highlighted in âArancio Borealisâ (Lamborghini Orange). This model was unveiled in 2016 at the Lyon Air Museum in Costa Mesa, California (for more information on the museum, see its website: ) www.lyonairmuseum.org . The âL63â designation on the doors stands for LAMBORGHINI and its founding year, 1963, when tractor manufacturer Ferruccio Lamborghini reportedly decided to build his own sports cars out of anger toward Enzo Ferrari.
