This vehicle is a design novelty which, unusually, is presented with no fewer than four design variants in its first year. The striking yellow-green design of the sponsor Schaeffler stands out and is likely to have posed some challenges for the printing and painting technology. Because what at first glance looks like washed-out colored stripes, on closer inspection turns out to be very finely printed lettering in different shades of color. All in all, a very attractive vehicle that all DTM fans will certainly have on their wish list.
Fahrtest:
The handling of the new DTM models from Audi and Mercedes is practically identical. They are very smooth and quiet on the track, and without further modifications they can be circled around the course very well even without the rear magnet.
