Mainzelmännchen go racing ...
Carrera Digital 124 Porsche Carrera 6 "TV"

Porsche 906 Carrera 6—the namesake and Carrera, for me Carrera , the epitome of the Carrera track, bringing back memories of the track from my childhood... okay, the Dino still hasn't been released ;-)
After the Carrera6— Carrera demanded vehemently by fans in Carrera the club, among others CarreraCarrera had made its way back into Carrera the lineup only to be removed again after some time, I think it’s pretty cool when, from time to time, one or two truly exotic models reappear in the announcements for the following year’s program.

The Carrera 6 that has just been released Carrera, featuring the “Startnummern” TV show, the ZDF logo, and two Mainzelmännchen... “Guuud’n Aaabn’d.”
In 1963, the funny little dwarves first appeared between the then still sparse commercials; starting in 1967—the year this Porsche 906 was introduced—they were also shown in color. Yes, there was a time when TV was exclusively in black and white ;-)
In the original, the Porsche 906 had a TV camera on board; personally, I could certainly do without this rather bulky and inelegant contraption... even if this camera did bring the legendary 1967 1000-km race at the Nürburgring into living rooms across Germany.

For the Go odwood Festival of Speed 2016, the camera car was faithfully restored by the Porsche Museum and took laps there to the delight of the audience... typical of the vehicles at the Porsche Museum is their operational readiness and their participation in outstanding show and racing events... the legend lives on and drives.

The driving characteristics of Carrera the 6 model are well known... not a winner in the Carrera"Classic" series, but a pure Carrera 6 race is very appealing from a driving perspective and a visual highlight in any case. Maybe a Corvette Grand Sport or a Cheetah will find its way onto the track and bring some fresh energy... things are happening.

The model—aside from the camera—is a faithful reproduction of the real thing

and has no manufacturing defects.
During my research Carreraz.B. ,I Carreraz.B. founda few Carreravariants that Carrerahaven’t been released yet Carrera(z.B. simply in orange or dark green), and I’d be thrilled to see them come out. I like the colors that stand out well on the racetrack, as well as the understated elegance. May the Carrera-6-Story continue for a while longer.
