Just like most of its predecessors, the current Ford GT Race Car with item number 30873 in 1:32 scale has no real-life model. However, Ford has released a limited edition model of the Ford GT in 2018: the Ford GT'67 Heritage Edition. The exterior design is based on the legendary Ford GT40 DM Mark IV, which was driven to victory in LeMans in 1967 by the American team led by Dan Gurney and A. J. Foyt.

The exterior of the Ford GT Time Twist has a shiny Race Red exterior with white stripes. There is a Frozen White No.1 graphic on the hood and doors of the racing car. Further highlights are the silver aluminum wheels with black wheel nuts, red brake calipers and black rear-view mirror caps. The tires have the familiar CARRERA lettering on the sides.
Otherwise, like its predecessors, the Ford impresses with its excellent driving characteristics. As this is a variant, there is also nothing new to report on the technical side.
