When I opened the packaging for the ’57 car, a surprise awaited me beneath the tissue paper. My first thought was, “You know this one—it looks familiar,” but even after giving it some serious thought, I still couldn’t figure it out at first. I hadn't seen the car in person or on TV during a race broadcast. It wasn't until I was writing this report that it occurred to me—Mattel Hot Wheels—that's what the car's design reminds me of—not the worst memory ;-), even if it's probably more due to the main sponsor, Wynn's (additives and engine additives). Wynn’s Racing, which competes with AMG cars, also uses the striking orange-purple color combination on one of its cars.
The paint job and decals are flawlessly applied. This is particularly well done in the transitions from the hood to the air intakes.
The handling characteristics of the 911-RSR models have already been reported on, so in conclusion, it remains only to mention the smooth movement of the axles and the tuning, which is not too aggressive.
