The Pikes Peak International Hill Climb is the most famous hill climb in the world. In Europe, it became the focus of racing fans in the mid-1980s, when some vehicle manufacturers saw it as another opportunity for their overhauled Group B era rally cars.
Competing there with a Porsche 935 GT2 may seem unusual. However, the track has changed over the last few decades and is now fully asphalted. In the 2020 race, the real Porsche 935 GT2 achieved fifth place overall.
This vehicle was modeled on Carrera and now presents the 1:32 version. In contrast to the prototype, it will most likely be used almost exclusively on closed circuits. The model is not necessarily a lightweight, but is therefore very stable on the track. The driving performance is equivalent to most GT3 cars, so that a colorful starting field can be realized here if desired.
