Here’s how to find the right replacement part for your Carrera product:
1. Select your desired category (car racetracks or remote-controlled RC products) in the online store
. 2. On the left-hand side, you’ll find corresponding filter options for spare parts and accessories.

Alternatively, you can search for your main product using the search bar in the online store. All compatible replacement parts and accessories are listed on the product details page.

A code is printed on.the gift certificate. When redeeming the gift certificate, enter the code in the first step of the shopping cart so that the gift certificate can be applied to your order. The amount will then be deducted from the purchase total immediately. If the value of your gift certificate exceeds the order total, you can redeem the remaining balance at any time later using the same gift certificate code.

Please send in all RC products in their entirety. For slot car tracks, please send only the defective parts or technically relevant parts (transformer, handheld controller, starting track, cars, switches).

Due to unforeseeable delivery issues, particularly during peak periods around Christmas or Easter, the actual delivery time may unfortunately differ from the estimated delivery time. We appreciate your understanding!

The terms and conditions of gift certificates and promotional offers—such as z.B. their validity period—are always explained in detail in the corresponding newsletter.
