Here is general important information to keep in mind when using our coupons:
Redemption per purchase:
You can only redeem one voucher per purchase or order. Please select the desired voucher carefully, as it is not possible to change it later.
Non-combinable vouchers (vouchers containing a monetary amount):
You can't combine multiple vouchers with money on them. Only one voucher can be used per order.
Voucher and discount vouchers cannot be combined:
A voucher that contains a fixed amount of money cannot be combined with a discount voucher (e.g. a 20% voucher that you have received from us as part of a newsletter promotion). Please select the type of voucher you would like to use when ordering.
Non-combinable discount coupons:
Multiple discount coupons cannot be combined. Only one discount voucher can be redeemed per order.
No retrospective application to orders:
Please note that vouchers, regardless of whether they are a voucher with a monetary amount or a discount voucher, cannot be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been placed. Therefore, make sure that you use the voucher before completing the order.
