Racing sports car with road license
The Porsche 904, officially marketed as the Carrera GTS, was produced from 1963 to 1965. The racing sports car had a clearance according to the StVZO and was therefore allowed to participate and be moved in normal, public road traffic.
Between 1964 and 1966, this unique coupé drove in the works team in the Sports Car World Championship. In 1965, the car was shown as a specially built 904 Bergspyder in the European Hill Climb Championship. The 904 was also very popular with many private teams and was also used here in the two international racing series and in national championships such as the German Automobile Circuit Championship in the 2-liter GT class. The Carrera GTS won the 2-litre GT classification in the 1964 and 1965 Manufacturers' World Championships and also the prototype class in 1964.
A milestone in automotive art for the home
The model, designed by Ferdinand Alexander Porsche himself, was also the last car to receive the four-cylinder boxer engine designed by Ernst Fuhrmann. Now it's time to bring this car to your race track at home. On a scale of 1:32, this beauty struts over your track and of course shines with faithful workmanship - also thanks to the official license from Porsche. Proper racing action comes from the individual coding as well as front, rear and brake lights. With its digital control, the opponents can be overtaken at the push of a button, and thanks to wireless controllers, you always have the best position on the track. Our version is a tribute to the International Edelweiss Mountain Prize on the Rossfeld in Berchtesgaden, a racing classic and event of the absolute special class.
