How can I purchase and redeem gift vouchers?

Select the desired design and amount for the vouchers, enter the message text and order the gift voucher. As soon as the order is successful, you will be sent an email containing the voucher as a PDF. You can then print this out immediately. Here you can get to them Gift vouchers.
A code was printed on the voucher. When redeeming the voucher, enter the voucher code in the first step of the shopping cart so that the voucher can be redeemed when ordering. The amount will then be immediately deducted from the purchase amount. If your voucher value exceeds the order value, you can redeem the difference at any time later using the identical voucher code.

Which parts should be sent in for a repair?

Please send in all RC products completely. For car racing tracks, please only send in defective parts or technically relevant parts (transformer, hand controller, starting rail, cars, switches).

Why does the shipping of my ordered product take longer than the stated delivery time?

Due to unforeseeable delivery difficulties, especially at peak times around Christmas or Easter, the actual delivery time may unfortunately differ from the stated delivery time. We ask for your understanding!
