. .. gives you wings—well, not necessarily during the 2017 season, from which the model originates, but otherwise this relatively young racing team already has an impressive track record. Although Red Bull has been active as a sponsor in Formula 1 since 1995, they didn’t take the step to form their own racing team until 2005. In 2019, this team—which you could call a “kit racing team”—plans to switch engine manufacturers from Renault (TAG Heuer) to Honda, as has already happened with its sister team, Toro Rosso.
The two 1:32 scale models are faithfully reproduced. Personally, I particularly like the matte finish of the blue paint—it’s something different. There’s nothing to complain about in terms of workmanship and printing; the quality is already really high.
