No.: 30840The

two Mercedes Formula 1 cars, W08 with item numbers 30840 (Lewis Hamilton) and 30841 (Valtteri Bottas), are the two World Championship cars from the 2017 season.
With these cars, Mercedes-Benz won the Constructors’ World Championship for the fourth consecutive time after a thrilling season, and Lewis Hamilton claimed his fourth Drivers’ Championship. Valtteri Bottas, Mercedes’ new signing from Finland, finished third in the drivers’ standings behind Sebastian Vettel in a Ferrari. He will remain with the Swabian team for the 2018 season, as will his teammate Hamilton.
Thus, the two Mercedes cars have once again proven that the best cars currently come from Germany.

W08 As in previous years, the car features a silver-cyan paint scheme—silver in homage to the old Mercedes Silver Arrows, and cyan for the main sponsor, PETRONAS. The car was powered by the newly developed Mercedes-AMG F1 M08 EQ Power, the fourth evolution of the Hybrid engine first introduced in 2014 . The engine produces over 700 PS (none of the teams disclose exact figures), weighs 733 kg, and features a monocoque made of carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic.

Now let’s talk about the slot racers:
Their handling is typical of Formula 1 on a small scale—fast and relatively hectic. The cars are very narrow, which gives them their characteristic handling traits. I wouldn’t want to drive them without magnets, even though the slick tires provide sufficient grip. They’re a great addition to the racetrack: perfect for a quick session here and there—and, of course, for the many Formula 1 fans.
