The Lamborghini Huracán has been part of the lineup as a racing model since 2016 Carrera . Since then, we have added one or two versions to the current lineup every year. This year, too, there are once again two new versions of the race car from Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy (or was it Ingolstadt?) in the current lineup.
From a slot car racer’s perspective, the Lambo has an invaluable advantage, just like its GT competitor from Germany: the cars are used by all kinds of racing teams, so they come in the most wonderful and colorful paint schemes.

Among the most beautiful cars in& the GT VLN starting field are the turquoise-colored cars from KONRAD MOTORSPORT.
The racing team, based in Verl, North Rhine-Westphalia, was founded in 1989 by Austrian race car driver Franz Konrad. Franz Konrad has been active in motorsports since 1974; among other series, he competed in Formula 3 and the DRM.

More recently, KONRAD MOTORSPORT has Carrera competed in the Porsche Cup Germany; its greatest success came in 2016 when it won both the drivers’ (Sven Müller) and team championships in the German one-make cup. 2015 marked the team’s debut in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe. The GT3 with start number 7 was also fielded in this series.
