... onto the racetrack. As the third design variant, the BMW 320 Turbo Flachbau now finally appears in the color scheme in which it can be seen several times in large format on and in the 1980/81 catalog.
The first two design variants from last year were among the vehicles that have been used most frequently on my track in recent months. The flat design really comes into its own when it comes to handling - the vehicle sits very well on the track and can hardly be rattled. In contrast to reality at the time, it even regularly beat the Zakspeed Capri.
