The Chevrolet Dekon Monza: The American answer to the Porsche 911 RSR

Take a mid-range coupé, a more powerful engine and lots of wings. You already have a competitive mixture that will make your opponents from far-flung places shake in their boots.
The newly introduced Chevrolet Monza at the time was to be the answer to the German Porsche in the 70s and transform into a racing machine. This racing car made its debut at the Road Atlanta race in 1975. After a short time the Dekon Monza retired from the race after an accident. Exactly one year later, the race car celebrated its first victory at Road Atlanta.



Is it enough to win on the Carrera race track at home?

At least in terms of looks, the red speedster is in no way inferior to its bigger role model. Thanks to the original GM license, the racing car also looks great on a scale of 1:32.
